Choose beef, pork, peking duck, tiger prawns, regular tofu or vegan tofu-duck.

3. Bánh Bao

1 pc. of steamed Bao bun with fresh greens, homemade spicy aioli, unagi sauce, topped with peanuts.

Choose beef, pork, shrimp tempura, peking duck, regular tofu or vegan tofu-duck.

4. Gyoza

5 pcs. og fried dumplings with different meat and vegetable filling. Topped with chilimayo, unagi sauce and chives.

Traditional vietnamese rice noodle soup with medium cooked beef, fresh greens and coriander.

Traditional vietnamese rice noodle soup with medium cooked beef, long-cooked beef brisket, homemade beef meatballs, fresh greens and coriander.

8. Bún thịt nướng

Noodle salad consisting of thin rice noodles, fresh greens and peanuts. Served with a sweet vietnamese fish sauce.

Choose pork, beef, fried spring rolls, peking duck, shrimp tempura, regular tofu or vegan tofu-duck.

9. Cơm sườn

Grilled vietnamese marinated pork neck chop, with white jasmin rice, fresh greens, peanuts and a sweet vietnamese fish sauce.
